You can list a wide range of items suitable for renting, as long as they comply with our listing guidelines.

Bookings may be cancelled at any time before the lease start date and time. Any deposit paid will be returned to the lessee after the lessor reviews and confirms that the item has been returned in the agreed condition. If the item is not returned properly, the deposit may be transferred to the lessor following a review and in accordance with the booking terms. Note: The SAREI service has a cut-off period from 2:00 PM to 8:00 AM KSA time and is unavailable during weekends and public holidays.

Payments for all lease terms are initiated when the lease starts. Funds are typically transferred to the lessor within 24 business hours after payment processing begins. For example, if a lease starts on Sunday, payment processing will begin on Sunday, and the funds are generally expected to arrive by the next business day. Renter's fee is 3%, which includes payment processing fees and bank transfer costs. If you encounter an issue with a booking, you can use the Contact Support option available within the lease details page. This feature allows you to submit a support request directly to the Renter team. Once submitted, our team will review the request and take the appropriate action as quickly as possible.

If an item is lost or damaged during a rental, please contact the Renter team through the available support channels as soon as possible. The Renter team will review the case, gather the necessary information from the parties involved, and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the rental.

Yes. Businesses are welcome to use Renter and represent a key focus of the platform. Renter is designed to support both individuals and businesses by providing tools that simplify rental operations, increase visibility, and help manage rental activities more efficiently.

Payouts to lessors, refunds to lessees, and deposit transfers are processed through the Saudi Payments SAREI network. Processing generally takes place between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM KSA time on business days. Requests submitted outside these hours, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed during the next available processing window.
